The whole weekend can be summed up in two words: Man Dip.
Have you tried it yet? If you buy it in the store it's like $5 for a little tub of it....dudes, I learned how to make it. For the past three weekends, each party outing has had Man Dip at it. New Years Eve and January 1st guess what I brought to celebrations...Man Dip. Recipe goes like this:
2 blocks cream cheese
2 can Rotel (1 spicy 1 regular, or however you like)
2 packages of sausage.
In a skillet, cook the sausage. Once cooked, drain it in a colander. Add sausage to crock pot along with other ingredients. Tada!
But don't tell the Man Dip makers...they'd probably get angry at me for spilling secrets. So lips zipped mkay?
